To keep communication clear and consistent, private messages sent via BAND or social media will not be responded to.

How do I notify the studio if my child will be absent?

All absences are logged through our Parent Portal.

Once logged in, head to Attendance, select your child’s class, and log the absence.

Our team will be automatically notified and your child will be marked as absent.

Where can I purchase uniform?

Uniforms can be purchased:

In-studio during staffed hours, or

Online via our Uniform Boutique, with orders available for pick-up at the studio.

Will my child participate in concerts or showcases?

Yes!

We love celebrating and sharing what our incredible students achieve throughout the year.

PCDA hosts:

A Mid-Year Showcase, and

An End-of-Year Concert

Due to venue and rigging requirements, Aerials students will participate in a dedicated Aerials Mid Year Showcase.

Performance dates can be found on our Studio Calendar above.

Participation is assumed upon enrolment. If your child will not be participating, we must be notified via email.

Can missed classes be made up?

Classes missed due to studio closures or public holidays will be offered a make-up class, to be attended in the following week where possible.

All make-up classes must be booked through our team, as availability is subject to class capacity

Classes missed for any other reason will not be eligible for a make-up class, and usual fees will apply. For more information, please revisit our membership terms and conditions.
